Preventive ServicesOne of our most popular services is professional cleanings. When you come in for this service, we examine your mouth, take bite wing x-rays of your teeth, and, as long as there are no signs of gum disease, thoroughly clean and polish your teeth. Restorative ServicesMany patients with amalgam fillings ask why dentists (like Dr. Polancich) encourage them to get tooth colored fillings. Years ago, amalgams were the strongest material dentists could use to fill teeth. Over time, these fillings have been known to erode and leak mercury.
